From one of Palestine's most dramatic terroirs comes this elegant, mineral rosé. The vineyards of Taybeh sit at over 850 metres above sea level on ancient volcanic ash soils studded with pebbles — a landscape that demands resilience from the vine and rewards it with extraordinary concentration and character.

Blazing summer heat is tempered by large diurnal temperature swings, with high humidity at night and dry days allowing the grapes to reach perfect ripeness while retaining the bright acidity that makes this wine so alive in the glass.
