Ashkar Winery was established in 2010 by a family with deep roots in Iqrit, Upper Galilee — their ancestral village. Farming organically on terra rossa and limestone soils, they produce wines of real character and emotional depth, from the approachable Sauvignon Blanc to the flagship Doér and the rare final-vintage Ras Al-Ahmar.
