Our Story
Nabeeth Wine and Spirits was founded with a single purpose: to bring the extraordinary wines and craft beers of Palestine to tables across the United Kingdom. We believe that every bottle carries a story — of ancient land, of resilience, of craftsmanship passed down through generations.
Our selection is built by sommelier Anna Patrowicz, co-founder of Nabeeth, whose deep respect for Palestinian producers and the terroirs they work shapes every bottle we carry. From the limestone hills of Bethlehem to the village of Taybeh in the West Bank, these are wines and beers that deserve to be discovered.
Our Producers
Cremisan Winery — Nestled in the hills between Bethlehem and Jerusalem, Cremisan has been producing wine since 1885. Run by the Salesian monks, it is one of the oldest and most respected wineries in the Holy Land, crafting elegant whites and reds from indigenous varieties.
Jascala Winery — A boutique family winery producing small-batch wines with a focus on native Palestinian grape varieties and minimal intervention winemaking. Jascala represents the new generation of Palestinian viticulture.
Ashkar Winery — Founded by the Ashkar family in Kufr Yassif, this winery combines traditional Palestinian winemaking with modern techniques, producing expressive wines that reflect the unique character of their terroir.
Taybeh Winery — Located in the ancient village of Taybeh, this winery draws on one of the oldest winemaking regions in the world, crafting wines that are deeply rooted in Palestinian heritage.
Taybeh Brewery — Palestine's first craft brewery, founded in 1994. Taybeh Brewery produces award-winning craft beers brewed with pure mountain spring water, bringing centuries of Palestinian hospitality to every bottle.

At Nabeeth, we are more than a wine merchant. We are advocates for Palestinian culture, cuisine, and craftsmanship. Through co-founder chef Fadi Kattan, we bring a profound knowledge of the people, the land, and the producers — a connection to Palestine that goes far beyond what is in the glass.
