1. About us These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nabeeth Wine and Spirits online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nabeeth Wine and Spirits is an online retailer of wines, spirits and craft beer operating in the United Kingdom. Contact us at info@nabeeth.co.uk.
2. Age restriction You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol from our store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. It is an offence under the Licensing Act 2003 to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under 18. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the customer is under 18, and to request proof of age upon delivery.
3. Products We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images and prices. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to withdraw products from sale at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; vintages and labels may vary.
4. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order.
5. Orders and contract Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
6. Payment Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
7. Delivery We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Someone aged 18 or over must be available to sign for alcohol deliveries — if no eligible person is present, the delivery may be returned. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
8. Returns and refunds Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: we accept returns of unopened, undamaged bottles within 14 days of delivery. We are unable to accept returns of opened bottles except where the product is faulty or not as described. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
9. Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nabeeth Wine and Spirits shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.
10. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
