Grown exclusively in the Birzeit Vineyards on the outskirts of Birzeit, north of Ramallah, at around 900 metres above sea level, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a model of restrained, terroir-driven elegance. The vines are farmed organically and without irrigation — a discipline that stresses the vine just enough to produce small, concentrated, consistently high-quality fruit.

At harvest, grapes are hand-picked at perfect ripeness and transported immediately to the winery in small boxes, preserving every nuance of the fruit. Ten months in French oak adds structure and warmth without overwhelming the wine's inherent finesse.
