Named for the monk's vineyard, Karm Al-Rahib is an introduction to the Cremisan Winery — one of Palestine's most storied producers, crafting wine in the hills of Beit Jala since 1885.

This three-bottle selection brings together the heart of Cremisan's range: a crisp white, a delicate rosé, and a structured red — each made from indigenous Palestinian grape varieties grown in the ancient soils of the West Bank.
