Nearly a decade in the making, this is a wine of rare depth and distinction. Jascala Winery's vineyards sit on Jabal Jarmaq in the Upper Galilee — 33 dunams of terra rossa soils over a limestone bedrock, at altitudes ranging from 776 to 846 metres above sea level. The east-to-west orientation and exceptional natural aeration of the terraced vineyards eliminate humidity issues entirely, allowing the vines to thrive without herbicides or insecticides. Every grape is hand-picked.

Some terraces carry up to four different grape varieties side by side — a testament to the biodiversity and care that defines this remarkable site. The result is a Cabernet Franc of genuine complexity, built to age and rewarding those patient enough to let it breathe.
