Rosé Beit Jala 2023 — Cremisan Winery

Made entirely from Baladi Aswad — an indigenous black Palestinian grape cultivated mainly in the Cremisan valley and the Hebron area — this rosé is as rare as it is delightful. You won't find this grape in any other wine region on earth. Cremisan Winery's commitment to preserving Palestine's ancient viticultural heritage means every bottle is a small act of cultural conservation.

And yet for all its rarity, this is a wine of pure, uncomplicated joy — bursting with summer fruit and floral charm, light on its feet, and endlessly easy to love.

Tasting Notes

  • Generous summer blossom and fresh strawberry on the nose
  • Peach and ripe nectarine on the palate
  • Papaya with a touch of local herbs adding extra intrigue
  • Floral notes, light body, and lively acidity throughout
